GENERAL


  • How much is the guest fee?


    Daily and Weekly Guest visits are temporarily unavailable


    The guest fee for the day is $15.00, $25 for a week and $50 for a month. Any guest must have valid ID. If accompanied by a VIP AXIOM Member the fee is waived.

  • How do I update my personal information, billing, and/or make payments?

    You may update personal and/or billing information or make payments at www.myiclubonline.com, or by calling 1-888-827-9262. You may also visit or contact any of our four AXIOM locations.

  • How old do you have to be to work out in the gym?

    A child, age 12-15, is eligible for membership, however, must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.  Members 16 years of age or older may workout on their own.

  • I lost my barcode tag, how do I get another one?

    You may purchase a new barcode tag at the front desk for $5.00. Any member checking in without a barcode more than 3 consecutive times will be required to purchase a new barcode tag.  You can save your barcode on the Axiom App as well.

  • What should I do if a piece of equipment is broken or an area of the gym is dirty?

    Our first priority is keeping our gyms as clean and functional as possible. Please visit the front desk of the gym and report your concern so that it may be addressed. You may also report any concerns on the FIX IT page or on the FIX IT tab on the Axiom App.

  • Do all AXIOM locations have the same amenities?

    All four AXIOM locations offer Kids Club, Group X classes, Personal Training and a Performance Center. Each location, however, may differ in regard to other features.

    • Racquetball Courts – Parkcenter location
    • Basketball Courts – Meridian and Fairview locations
    • Swimming Pool – Fairview and Parkcenter locations
    • Hot Tub – Fairview and Parkcenter locations
    • Sauna – Meridian (Men’s and Women’s locker room), Fairview (Pool deck), Parkcenter (Men’s and Women’s locker room)
    • Steam Room– Fairview (Pool deck), Parkcenter (Men’s and Women’s locker room), The Village (Men’s and Women’s locker room)

  • What is the length/temperature and chemistry of the Swimming Pool?

    LENGTH:  Fairview 23.4 meters/25.6 yards, Parkcenter 20.4 meters/22.3 yards


    TEMPERATURE:  Average range 81-84 degrees Fahrenheit


    CHEMISTRY: Salt Water Chlorination - a process that uses dissolved salt as a store for the chlorination system.  The chlorine generator uses electrolysis in the presence of dissolved salt to produce hypoclorous acid and sodium hypochlorite, which are sanitizing agents commonly used in swimming pools.  As such, a salt water pool is not actually chlorine-free; it simply utilizes a chlorine generator instead of a direct addition of chlorine.  Our system produces chlorine in a green, ecologically sound way.

  • How much does basketball cost?

    Basketball courts are available at our Fairview and Meridian locations and use is complimentary for our members. The Guest Fee applies to guests. You may check out a basketball at the front desk. Please check with club for court availability.

  • How much does racquetball cost?

    Racquetball is available at our Parkcenter location and is complimentary for our members. The Guest Fee applies to guests. You may reserve a court at the front desk. 

  • How do I contact Life Chiropractic located in the Meridian location?

MEMBERSHIP


  • What is ABC Financial?

    ABC Financial is the billing company for all AXIOM locations.  You may update personal and/or billing information or make payments at www.myiclubonline.com, or by calling 1-888-827-9262.

  • Can I purchase a membership online?

    Yes.  Visit our MEMBERSHIP page and click on the location you wish to make your home club.

  • What are the contract regulations?

    Please read the back of your contract--this outlines the fees, rules and regulations of Axiom membership.

  • 'What is the Annual Facility Fee and how much is it?

    The annual facility fee is $44/year and is billed 60 days after a new member enrolls and on the same date each year thereafter.

  • Can I bring a guest into the club?

    Non-VIP members can bring guests and pay a day fee of $15/day and the guest must have valid ID. We also have a VIP membership, which allows our members to bring a guest at no cost. Please ask one of our membership counselors for more information.

  • What happens once my contract expires?

    If you choose a membership option with a contract, once that contract expires, your membership and payments will continue on a month-to-month basis.

  • How do I cancel my month-to-month membership?

    Contact the nearest club for more details.

  • How do I cancel my contract membership?

    Please visit your home club in person and provide written notice within 15 days of your billing date. If you are not within 15 days, you will be billed one last time before your membership expires.  If the Member provides written proof that he/she has moved more than 25 miles from any existing Axiom facility in the Idaho Treasure Valley, and is unable to transfer his or her membership to a comparable facility, the Member shall be relieved from further obligation under this agreement, however Member shall be charged a $100.00 cancellation fee during the first 1/2 of the term, or a $50.00 cancellation fee during the second 1/2 of the term. If Member has prepaid for the term, the remaining pro rata amount shall be returned to Member, less the above cancellation fees. If Member’s fees are not prepaid, then the remaining term shall be canceled following payment of the above cancellation fees. Other fees may apply.

  • What are the stipulations for the VIP Membership Guest Privileges?

    VIP membership privileges allow VIP members to bring a guest each time they come into the facility providing


    1. The guest provides a valid ID and at least 18 years of age


    2. There is a one time registration of the guest at the front desk


    3. The guest attends with only members who have a VIP membership


    The guest has use of regular club amenities included on a Premier Membership. Access does not include child care or any fee based programs


PERX


  • How do I get PERX?

    Go to your App Store. Search for "Axiom: Truth in Fitness". Download the app.


    Open your Axiom Fitness app and select the Axiom PERX button on the home page.


    Click on the category you would like to search and choose a business.


    Click on the PERX card.


    To receive your discount/incentive, show the valid PERX card (from your smartphone).

  • How do I become a preferred vendor with PERX?

PERSONAL TRAINING


  • Can I bring my own personal trainer to the gym?

    For your own safety, we provide trainers who are certified and allowed to work in our gyms. Our own Certified Personal Trainers would be happy to help you with any of your needs.

  • If I have a question about an exercise machine or working out a certain muscle group, who should I ask?

    Any of our AXIOM staff members are happy to help you answer any questions you may have.

  • What exactly do personal trainers do?

    Trainers can help you assess your current fitness and health levels and develop a personalized plan to meet your needs and goals. Having a trainer helps people stay motivated, have clear goals and check points, and make sure they are exercising and eating properly to meet their personal goals.

  • How do I know what trainer is right for me?

    We have many trainers with different backgrounds, specializations and expertise to fit the specific needs of members. Our Fitness Directors are more than happy to help you find a trainer that is right for you.

  • How do I schedule my sessions?

    Once you have chosen a trainer to work with, they will meet with you and set up a schedule that is best for you. You may also visit any of our locations and ask to speak with a membership counselor or personal trainer to meet for an initial consultation.

  • How do I cancel a personal training appointment?

    To cancel or change an appointment time, please contact your trainer or your club 24 hours in advance, or as soon as possible.


GROUP X CLASSES


  • Does my Membership include Group X classes?

    Yes! Group X classes are available at all four of our AXIOM locations and complimentary for all of our members and guests.  See our Class Schedule and Class Descriptions 

  • How old do I have to be to take a Group X class?

    A child, age 12-15, may attend Group X classes accompanied by a parent or guardian. To work out alone, a member must be 16 years of age or older.

  • Do I have to be a SilverSneakers member to attend the SilverSneakers classes?

    SilverSneakers classes are available to anyone who wishes to attend.

  • Can I reserve my place in class in advance?

    Reservations to classes are not needed and an exact spot is not guaranteed. We encourage you to arrive with time to get into the classroom and set up your space if needed


CHILD CARE


  • What is the Kids Club?

    Axiom offers child care in our Kids Club while parents/guardians work out for up to 2 hours. For more information and hours,visit our Kids Club page

  • How much does Kids Club cost?

    $6/visit ($3/visit for VIP members).  $24.95/month for unlimited access for one child.  Inquire at any location regarding discounts for additional children in the same family.
