AQUA TABATA (55 minutes)

This is a high intensity interval training workout using a 20:10 format (20 seconds of high intensity activity and 10 seconds of rest) for 4 minutes. This is done in 4-6 rounds per class with a mix of strength, resistance and cardio for a full body workout.

AQUA WORKOUT (55 minutes)

This invigorating class held in the pool improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscular strength and endurance using the buoyancy and resistance of the water to give you a safe, effective, fun and "no sweat" workout. It also allows a break from "impact" on the body so you are getting a great workout without pounding your joints, ligaments and tendons.


AX-Fit is AXIOM'S own system of metabolic-based training. The AX-Fit program is designed for anyone who wants to make the most out of their time in the gym by integrating strength and energy system development work into one high intensity training session. BARRE (55 minutes)

This class is a fun, energetic workout that fuses techniques from dance, Pilates and Yoga designed to tone, define and chisel the whole body. The barre is used as a prop to balance. This class is offered only at The Village location

BArre above (55 MINUTES)

Barre above ® fuses the very best of pilates, yoga, aerobics and strength training. You don't need to worry about dance experience. Barre above ® is barre for all bodies! Classes include modifications for any fitness level, so you can feel successful while achieving an amazing workout that will lengthen, strengthen and tone your body.

BASIC YOGA (55 minutes)

Develop balance, gain strength, increase flexibility, and learn relaxation techniques with this alignment-based class suitable for all levels. Students include beginners and those looking for a comfortably-paced mindful yoga practice. 

BODYATTACK® (55 minutes)

BODYATTACK® by Les Mills is the sports-inspired cardio workout for building strength and stamina. This high-energy interval training class combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stabilization exercises. This class is for anyone from the weekend athlete to the hard-core competitor!

BODYCOMBAT® (55 minutes)

BODYCOMBAT® by Les Mills is the empowering cardio workout where you are totally unleashed. This fiercely energetic program is inspired by martial arts and draws from a wide array of disciplines such as Karate, boxing, Taekwondo, Tai Chi and Muay Thai. You will punch, kick and kata your way through calories to superior cardio fitness.

BODYFLOW® (55 minutes)

BODYFLOW® by Les Mills is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance.

BODYJAM® (55 minutes)

BODYJAM® by Les Mills is the cardio workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. An addictive fusion of the latest dance moves and hottest new sounds puts the emphasis as much on having fun as breaking a sweat. So grab a friend, get front and center and get high on the feeling of dance!

BODYPUMP® (55 minutes)

BODYPUMP® by Les Mills is the "original barbell" class that strengthens your entire body and challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. Great music, awesome instructors and your choice of weight inspire you to get the results you came for – and fast!

BODYSTEP® (55 minutes) BODYSTEP® EXPRESS (30 minutes)

BODYSTEP® by Les Mills is the energizing step workout that makes you feel liberated and alive. Using a height-adjustable step and simple movements on, over and around the step you will find out why this class is known as the "leg and butt" workout. Cardio blocks push fat burning systems into high gear followed by muscle conditioning tracks that shape and tone all over!

BODYVIVE® 3.1 (55 minutes)

BODYVIVE® 3.1 by Les Mills is your 3-in-one workout! It is the optimal mix of cardio, strength and core training. You can be sure you’re heading into one of safest and most effective workouts around.

CXWORX® (25 minutes)

CXWORX® by Les Mills really hones in on the torso and sling muscles that connect your upper body to your lower body. It’s ideal for tightening your tummy and butt, while also improving functional strength and assisting in injury prevention.

GENTLE YOGA (55 minutes)

Enjoy the benefits of traditional yoga at a slower pace keeping joint limitations in mind for the practice of poses. This gentle approach isn’t always easy and yet its simplicity may take you places you didn’t know you could go. Clients report elevated mood, increased energy, better balance and enhanced flexibility and muscular strength.

HIGH Fitness is a hardcore, fun fitness class that incorporates aerobic interval training with music you love and intense easy to follow fitness choreography.

PILATES MAT (55 minutes)

Mat Pilates is designed to strengthen & tone all the body's core muscles with targeted exercises. These exercises are performed in a slow, precise manner with controlled breathing that build core strength. The goals of Mat Pilates are creating strong core muscles to support the spine, reduce back pain, and focus the mind as you exercise the body. Pilates is valuable alone or in addition to your current fitness program.

RPM® (50 minutes)

RPM® by Les Mills is the indoor cycling workout where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high!


SHiNE™ is a dance fitness class rooted in traditional dance such as JAZZ, HiP HOP, and BALLET. We take those foundational moves and create dance routines that are easy enough for beginners yet challenging enough for the more seasoned dancer. The simplicity of the routines allows you keep moving and do less thinking.  

SilverSneakers® Circuit (55 minutes)

Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper-body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a SilverSneakers® ball is alternated with low-impact aerobic activity. A chair is used for standing support, stretching and relaxation exercises. **All SilverSneakers® classes are open to all members.

SilverSneakers® Classic (55 minutes)

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and chairs are used for seated and/or standing support. Your insurance or Medicare plan may offer this program. SilverSneakers® Splash (55 minutes)

Activate your urge for variety! Splash offers fun, shallow-water movement to improve agility and flexibility while addressing cardiovascular, strength and endurance conditioning. No swimming ability is required, and a SilverSneakers® kickboard or other aquatic equipment is used to improve strength, balance and coordination.

SilverSneakers® Yoga (55 minutes)

A workout that will move your whole body through a complete series of seated and standing yoga poses. Chair support is offered to safely perform a variety of postures designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. Restorative breathing exercises and final relaxation will promote stress reduction and mental clarity. Your insurance or Medicare plan may offer this program. SPINNING® (45 minutes)

An all-level, 45-minute cycling class designed to improve cardiorespiratory endurance and increase muscular endurance, strength and power.

STEP (55 minutes)

With a portable platform with height adjustable risers, you will do choreographed exercise routines up, onto, down and around the step for great cardio fitness, as well as exceptional training to shape the lower body. Your coordination will be tested at times! If you want strong legs, a lifted butt and a functionally fit core – step this way!

TAI CHI (55 minutes)

Tai Chi is a traditional Chinese martial art that was originally practiced for self-defense, but today is primarily practiced by billions of people around the world for its health benefits. Unlike many other forms of exercise, Tai Chi is characterized by soft, slow, flowing movements that emphasize training and improving your mental and physical control of the body movement. It is an excellent way of exercise for almost everyone.  This program is offered only at our Parkcenter location.

TREADMILL (55 minutes)

This group exercise class is held out in the cardio area of the gym on a treadmill. You will have an instructor take you on a journey surrounded by your friends with hills, runs, sprints, strength phases and endurance challenges. You will have the opportunity to use speed and incline to challenge yourself and get better results.  This program is offered only at our Fairview location.

VINYASA YOGA (55 minutes)

Vinyasa Yoga is an energized, quicker paced yoga practice in which the body-breath-mind is in a constant flow. It is a continuous sequence of postures steadily moving from pose to pose synchronized with the breath. 


(Water Exercise Training) - A cardio and strength interval training, choreographed to music, water workout, using the buoyancy and resistance of the water for a full body workout.

 YOGA (55 or 85 minutes)

This class increases overall body awareness, flexibility, balance and strength through various yoga styles and postures.

ZUMBA® (55 minutes)

This cardio-Latin fusion class features aerobic interval training to maximize fat burning and total body toning, all done to incredible music with moves that are easy to learn!
